Went down to the Kimberley shop today to get some 60th birthday balloons and banners etc. All of the staff were amazing and very polite; I wanted to give an extra bit of praise to John who did a brilliant job with the balloons and did everything with a smile on his face.

Always have a great selection of cards, candles, gifts, balloons etc. Everything you need for a birthday, Christmas, Weddings etc. Really helpful & polite staff.

The prices are good, also reasonable for gifts and wrapping, however I feel that they fall down where the cards are concerned, some are poor quality and mostly not very much in the way of verses inside. Also they don't have many birthday cards to choose from for men! Also not a lot to choose from for grown up grandchildren who require a card that's appropriate for their age, with a decent verse inside. Some grandchildren are not always young children, mine are between 20
