I have had a very bad experience with this company as I have had 2 generators from this company 1 of which seized up within 3 months (less than 100hrs) the replacement for that rattled itself apart and the neighbour complained about the noise as it was above 100dB at 7 metres I attached the broken parts and sent pictures and videos and they have now said there is nothing wrong with the unit and are sending it back. This has been a terrible experience and has caused me immense stress as this helps to power our home. We have lost trust in the customer service after paying full price (£3000) and it has been reduced under £1500.All this from a retired agricultural engineer and am just being told I don't know how to use it.

Went to this place to see if they did tools for hire (assumption on my part with a name like tools-to-go) entered the building 3 lads sat un the back office all three could see and hear that i had walked in and there was that awkward moment were non of them wanted to get up so they all looked at each other as if to imply well one of use has too and then the youngest lad at the back of the office furthest away gets up and comes to help. Fair play to the lad at the back as from reading the situation the other two lads were slightly older so it was a attempted power play by them as they tried to assert there authority or in this case showed there laziness and ignorance by not getting up and having the younger lad see to the customer. So by all means products may be good but you never get a second chance to make a first impression and my first impression is that there reception/admin team on entry apart from the one young lad with glasses need re training in customer service or just sack them as they clearly don't want to be there or are just there for the wage and have no intention of helping a customer. Again i stress products may be good but upon first impressions dont go.

Wouldn?t trust this company.STILL waiting for refund and they?ve had my faulty power king generator for nearly a month. Constant back and forth with the faulty generator and they finally agreed to refund on 14th April, heard nothing since other than they?ve ?marked as urgent?. Lack of communication and customer service is disgraceful.

Had a problem with Fox 40 volt battery mower.although it was only a small job they took the machine from me and got back in touch within a couple of days to say it was repaired.The whole process was done in a professional manner and the person I dealt with was very friendly.pleasure to deal with.

Had a pump delivered one part broken, the pump was essential to our renovations. IT TOOK 1 MONTH WITH NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS TO GET A REPLACEMENT. WOULD NEVER ORDER AGAIN AND YES IM SHOUTING

BOUGHT AN ELECTRIC START GENERATOR ON 20/08/22 , GOT IT OUT THE BOX, SET IT UP, PUT PETROL IN, TURNED THE FUEL TAP ON AND IT POURED OUT HE FLOAT CHAMBER UNDER THE CARB. TRIED TO PHONE THE UKHS DEPOT NUMBER BUT NOBODY ANSWERS. NOT SALES, NOT TECH HELP, NOBODY HANGING ON FOR OVER AND HOUR DESPITE BEING TOLD ON EACH DEPARTMENT THAT I AM NUMBER ONE IN THE QUEUE. NOT LOOKING GOOD HERE I'M AFRAID.

Bought a wolf blaster max 2 power washer used 3 times pressure connection split went back to buy new one was told don't do them any more bad design told to by pass it then told I've got to by new hose for it, they could offer a free one to compensate for their bad design
