Took my (just turned) 3 year old here to just get feet measured to double check sizes she was a 7 1/2 in June 21. Young uninterested male assistant 'measured' her feet and said she's a 7!\\nI then politely mentioned that she was a 7 months ago and think her feet have grown a little. To be told if that's too small try an 7 1/2 , he wouldn't even re measured them to check, really unprofessional and not good service.\\nI then took her to a local clarks the same day to be told she's an 8 1/2!! The ladies who did her feet measurements were polite and professional and got here shoe size correct 1st time. It's worrying knowing this lad is measuring little ones feet and probably putting them in the wrong size shoes.\\nIf in doubt double check, I won't be using this store now. And have advised family and friends of the issue we had.

Staff are always friendly and helpful, even when it's crazy busy during the \\\"back-to-school\\\" rush.

The staff here are amazing with kids. We've recently been for more school shoes for our 2 little ones and my very fussy 4 year old daughter had practically the whole shelf of school shoes put on and fitted. Kudos to the shoe fitters, patience of a god.

Go every year for school shoes and fittings but the range of shoes has slimmed a little on school shoes. Lots of trainer style shoes in the school department and less of the smart traditionals. But can't fault the staff or the shop it self.

Lovely staff. But after all these years Clarks! My daughter is slim but has wide feet. Why don't you cater for this! Since a baby your shoes never fit her... Madness in terms of business sense ?

Took the children for their school shoes. They were measured outside which was a comfort rather than everyone milling around inside. Once measured each child was given a paper with their sizes. Upon entry tickets were issuwwd if you wanted an assistant to check the fit once chosen. Good work. Only downside I wanted some waterproof walking shoes having had their Gortex range before but when I asked I was just pointed to my size isle and told to look

Set within the East Midlands designer outlet just outside Mansfield. Clark's shoes are always of a good quality. What makes this even better is the footwear is normally at reduced prices. Great staff , tidy shop and plenty of stock.

Used to be a decent place for shoes.. now they are over expensive, under quality a designed to wear out quickly. What happened to a correlation between quality and price. The staff are all very very nice and helpful, but why wouldn't they be when they are egged on by sales and commission targets.

Shop is okay. Staff are helpful. Very busy and very noisy, but it is return to school, so it is to be expected. Good value shoes

Lovely staff. Nice with children. Give a measuring service then allow you to choose a style you like. Friendly staff

Very organised. The children were measured and fitted fairly quickly. My middle son is a size 3 and there were no shoes in his size but luckily 3.5 fit him. Not much choice today. They definitely need a delivery.
