Popped in on a hot day for a cold drink. Very welcoming staff who informed me of the non-dairy milks. Had a salted caramel with coffee frostino made with almond milk. Bloody lovely!

Unfortunately not impressed with this particular one. My daughter who was breast feeding my 6week old grandaughter was stared at constantly by people l would have thought had more about them. The toilets were disgusting. Dirty . Sink dirty, loo roll all over the floor and one of the loos hadn't even been flushed. A lady went to tell staff who seamed not interested at all. She promptly left. Pity as l love Costa . What a big disappointment. Will not be visiting this one again

Coffee and service was spot on, but sadly the disabled toilet was out of action and therefore I found it difficult to use the normal one. That was also in need of a tidy and the flush was stuck down. Apart from that all good

The drinks was over flowing and the cream was watery the staff got my drink order wrong twice the staff was rude to the point the man there didn?t want to retake my order so he was taking the Mick out of me. I?m not arguing type so I left it and payed for a drink I can?t have as of my food allergies. Not sure I?ll come back again but will tell others to avoid that gentlemen not going to say names but he shouldn?t be working with people with disability or health problems. The drink I had wasn?t even close to full. My other half got lucky then me.

Good coffee, the two young men who served us today were excellent, it was a refreshing change to be served by young people who chat to the customer rather than to each other and ignore the customer, 10 out of 10 boys a credit to Costa. ð??ð???

I like a strong coffee but the filter coffee here was too strong to drink and not very hot. Staff gave me extra hot milk but even this didn't improve it! Bleargh!
