Curry's after sales have been brilliant. Brought a Beko American fridge freezer 6 months ago, after 4 engineers unable to repair the fault. Curry's gave me the option for a replacement or refund. I chose a different brand and mobel, New make is a Haier, perfect choice so quite, Wish I had chosen this one before the Beko. Thanks Curry's for your help.

Parking is available with some disabled parking spaces. The entrance is wheelchair and buggy accessible. It is a very big store that sells a great range of each product. The staff are helpful and will allow you to ask questions and then let you have space to decide if you are interested in making a purchase. There are staff members who are happy to help take your purchases to the counter, then load it in your car if required/requested.

Went to buy a new tumble dryer and fridge freezer.The woman, I am pretty sure, was named Annette. Who was so helpful and would advise anyone visiting to go and find her...Our goods arrived the following week exactly when we were told it would be.Good delivery lads, too, who brought our goods straight into the kitchen, then took away all the packaging.

Dreadful experience with the sales rep who dealt with me. Unfortunately no name taken, but was a short, older man who wore glasses.Walked out on a total purchase of potentially £1500 or more as they were argumentative, kept cutting me off mid-sentence when I was trying to describe my situation and what I was purchasing items for, or attempting to discuss models. What appeared to be all of the sales reps for the large appliances were standing about in a circle, which initially put me off approaching them; I believe the manager was also present. Clearly the rep was in a rush to get back to doing nothing with his mates. Didn't attempt to suggest other models and find an alternative which might have suited my needs just as well as the online options I had hoped to price match against.Finally, after coming to the conclusion that I would likely only be able to price match a fridgefreezer and washing machine (Still approx £950 combined), I declined partly down to the ease of ordering everything I wanted from the same place online, but mainly down to the rep's poor attitude and service; who knows, if he had offered me alternatives, I might have bought everything together in store. To top this off, once declined, he walked past me without a word, nudging my hand and phone which I was trying to show the details of the products on. At least when I called him back he apologised for that.Won't be shopping here again.

The shop in mansfield was more like sports direct.Spot the English person. Pushy for a sale.Wanted a fridge and freezer. None in stock. Decided on a upright fridge freezer will do. Gave choice of 4 we liked. Nothing in stock. Then want extra money to deliver. Then delivery in 2 weeks. So basically it's a large display centre. So if I've got to wait I may aswell order online. Marks electrical was cheaper and delivered within 2 days.

Poor experience. Lots of stuff on show and staff hanging about. Staff would not assist us without us going to other side of large building and asking face to face. Then they had no stock for item in branch or whole of Curry's. Bought from Amazon within 24 hours same price. Only benefit of Curry's is to handle item !!!

Definitely not coming back. I came to currys after a while to purchase birthday gifts for my daughter. I decided to try option buy now pay later.So i have spent around 45 minutes filling out everything with "assistant 43 James" (that's the name on the receipt) i've been told that i'm going to receive email with instructions how to mAke payments. 24 hours later and still no email so i returned today to ask, the same guy showed me the website how to register, but it turned out that he typed my email addres wrong ? no letter M in .COM and he can't change it , i ended up with phone numer trying to call someone to change it, but it's impossible to speak with someone there ??I had to return my items and pay in full.I didn't even hear sorry, terrible customer service!! Never again. Waste of time.

I can't give Katie at the Mansfield branch enough praise for her customer service today. She gave me advice on what phones are good without pushing too hard and managed to find the best one for me. However the best part, even if you don't need to purchase anything, if you have OCD like me or you are a perfectionist I strongly recommend you watch Katie put a screen protector on a phone! I will remember that forever!

On returning a faulty hoover the stock was checked and told one in stock and asked to walk over to the other side of the store to fetch it myself and return it to the till point for scanning! Surely it was the job of the employee to do this rather than myself, a large box and not even asked if I needed it transferred to my car. Poor customer service.
