Decent shop, never too busy.They usually have what you need and friendly, helpful staff.You can reserve online and collect aswell if it's in stock and pay at the till or online whichever you prefer.

I came in for some parts, a staff member called Aaron was helpful and polite. Manage to get the parts I needed.The prices are reasonable never had any problems. They made sure the parts was compatible with my car, didn?t have to wait long for them either. I would recommend

Rang to order a head light told them exactly which on I needed an that it was drivers side to then go collect today take it to be fitted to find was the wrong side took it back to be told it's not there fault an they only do that one surely they' don't just supply passenger side head light's girl wasn't Very helpful just kept saying wasn't there fault an that Halfords use them for stock Aswell first time I have been hear an definitely the last wish I had seen the reviews before

The only staff member customer facing didn't seem to have a clue what she was doing. I thought it was just my query, until I stood back and observed other customers experience the same.I won't be back for counter service that's for sure if, as I was informed by someone in the queue that it is always like it in here.There needs to be someone on the counter with a good basic knowledge of vehicle parts. This was not the case on my visit.Not a good first, and probably last visit.

I have been using Euro car parts for years, as the staff are always friendly and helpful. Even if something is wrong with the parts ordered they are happy to help rectify the situation quickly

Ordered a battery online. Got a confirmation email and subsequent text to confirm I could collect.Waited 25 minutes in branch to get served, and another 15 minutes of staff messing around before being told they couldn?t find the order.All whilst staff are merrily singing and shouting in the back office.Maybe less time flirting with each other and more time processing customers/orders might make for a better customer experience.
