I cannot fault Harvey's one bit. Right from entering the Mansfield store, the sales assistants were helpful without being pushy and I felt at ease to browse at my own leisure. When I finally decided on the Ashmore sofa, Steve was nothing but helpful. The process of purchasing the sofa and arranging delivery was quick and simple. As promised, I received a call around 5 weeks later to confirm my delivery date. I then recieved a text 48 hours prior to the delivery date to confirm my time slot. I also received a phone call on the morning of delivery to confirm a more precise time slot, and again 5 minutes before it arrived. The delivery drivers were fantastic, they were respectful of my home and used shoe covers when inside. They also placed my furniture exactly where I wanted it and took away all the packaging. All whilst being friendly and chatty. I am delighted with my purchase, it is fantastic quality and even better than I remembered it to be in store. I would absolutely use Harvey's again in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

Great service until they get your money , got a text at 7.45PM on day of delivery saying sofa and chair not coming rearrange delivery had to wait another 8 days with no furniture and then they didnâ??t bring chair and still not got it would never order from Harveyâ??s again and wouldnâ??t recommend to anyone, once they have your money customer care goes out the window very very poor Iâ??d recommend elsewhere NOT HARVEYS ð??¡

Under no circumstances give any money to these people unless they have already delivered your furniture. Paid over £1800 and the delivery went from 6 weeks at order to 6 months when it was actually due

Sofas ordered in August and after 4 months and 3 cancellations still no confirmed date for delivery. They cancelled one delivery 14 hours before they were due to be delivered 4 days before Christmas leaving me with no sofas over the Christmas period. Seriously awful service from everyone involved. Thanks Harvey's ð??

23 Day old corner unit very sunken seats causing my disabled mother great back pain, Harveys have sent out 2 sofa inspectors who have agreed there is an issue but as soon as the issue goes back to harveys the reports say "no issues", Harveys have refused our request to reject the goods that are not satisfactory quality or fit for the purpose as the cushions in one chair are significantly diminished under the Short Term Consumer Rights Act 2015 within 30 days.
