We have had the best experience with this company! We have had the pleasure of having Jocelyn come in and help with our dad. She has been nothing short of amazing, professional and a pleasure. I cannot begin to even find the word to express how wonderful this care company actually is, from the initial enquiry right through to my Grandma?s last visit, they have provided exemplary care. They have treated my Grandma with the upmost dignity and respect throughout. To name a few .. Donna, Naomi, Rebecca, Tacarra, Clare, Laura, Kelly, Jessica, Shannen, Gemma, Sian, Caroline, Martin and Marta? there are others but I?m so sorry I can?t remember all their names. You have all been wonderful and an absolute pleasure to welcome into our Grandma?s home. Thank you so much for everything you have done for her, and for us as a family. Grandma passed away peacefully and comfortable at home, and that was made possible by you all so thank you ??

We have had Helping Hands carers for Mum since March and they have made a huge difference and improvement to her quality of life. We know that for two hours each day she has had first class care and company and someone to chat and reminisce with.All the carers have been very professional and done anything we asked of them. They have been prompt starting their shift and we have always had a phone call if there has been a problem. The admin staff have been really helpful in finding carers for Mum and have on several occasions put in extra staff when we needed it.We are sorry to say goodbye but Mum now needs full time care so we are starting with a Helping Hands live in carer next week.We would like to say a huge thank you to all the staff. You made a big difference to Mum and all the family and we feel like we are saying goodbye to friends.

Helping hands have been fantastic right from the beginning of the process. They took the time to get to know my grandma, her likes, dislikes and personal preferences. They had clear transparent communication with the family. The carer's took care to build a relationship with my grandma and always respected her wishes and requests. Mama was always very satisfied with the carer's skills and experience. She built a very special bond with the staff which was lovely for us as a family to know that mama was happy with the care she was receiving. During a stay in hospital helping hands kept in touch with us regarding mamas progress and offered their support to us as a family. When we had an initial meeting we did not feel pressured into accepting their services, we were able to take our time to make a decision. Overall, I would highly recommend this company, they genuinely care about their clients and families.

Helping hands staff have been helping my 96yr old mother since I was unable to visit her as much as I usually did. The staff have been considerate to Mum's needs and she has been able to accept help when she would have been reluctant to before.

I have been working for helping hands for a month now, I?ve found this to be a very organised company who you can converse with easily and try and fit the job to work around your personal needs and hours. I can recommend them to work for and training is top class
I contacted Helping Hands for information and guidance on Home Care which will be needed in the very near future and due to being given detailed care advice by a very informative and caring advisor I will have no hesitation in contacting them when the time arrives.
