“We have had Helping Hands carers for Mum since March and they have made a huge difference and improvement to her quality of life. We know that for two hours each day she has had first class care and company and someone to chat and reminisce with.All the carers have been very professional and done anything we asked of them. They have been prompt starting their shift and we have always had a phone call if there has been a problem. The admin staff have been really helpful in finding carers for Mum and have on several occasions put in extra staff when we needed it.We are sorry to say goodbye but Mum now needs full time care so we are starting with a Helping Hands live in carer next week.We would like to say a huge thank you to all the staff. You made a big difference to Mum and all the family and we feel like we are saying goodbye to friends.”
