“We have used Ernest Jones for years and I have been looking for a new ring for sometime now, so we went into the outlet village store at East Midlands and where served by a lovely lady called Ellie , it was quite funny because I thought the ring wouldn’t come off my finger anyway , Ellie sorted it . Very pleased with my ring and excellent service from Ellie which is rare in this day and age . That was stage one stage two was getting my wedding ring off my swollen finger , Ellie said it would be no problem , so out came the tools and with a little bit of perseverance so did my , I was given some practical advice on dealing with my ring finger and some aftercare to help the finger to return to some normality. “Absolutely outstanding customer service here today.My lovely sparkling crown solitaire ring unfortunately the crystal centre came out last night, so I took it into this store and asked if they could help me get it repaired.
