Came here to open my child an account. All ID to hand I also bank with them.Told to sit in a corner and apply online. I did, account failed to open. After several attempts I'm quite frustrated.Asked staff if they could help. Then get a snotty rude reply"you'll have to make an appointment"Well... I walked off into nationwide who opened my account right away.Will be transferring my account also. up yours lloyds, I expected better

Understaffed, printer not working, spent 30 minutes there and had to leave without completing what I needed to get done. Staff are fantastic, but they are just set up to fail. I will try again later..

Waited almost an hour for no one to serve. They have a bad attitude. What is first come first served. Just because we are Chinese? Many people who came in later have dealt with it and we are still waiting! Racial discrimination is serious!

Do not serve without an interpreter (Polish). They don't have their own. You need to bring someone with you and they don't care about privacy. For 20 min. my husband understood everything, but the manager was not comfortable!!!

Could be a lot better,wasted time going in to town to pay money in & they were closed,they don?t think twice when they charge you for going over your limit but how on earth do they expect you to pay in when they spend more time closed
