Ordered food via deliveroo as we had lutewarm food and no pop even though it showed on the order.They admitted that the delivery driver has taken it and that they where unwilling to help. I guess they do not understand Consumer rights.No wonder why they are slowly closing.

Ordered online to collect, had to wait a extra 20 minutes into the store. Once I finally got my pizzas they totally messed up one by putting mushrooms all over it when it was just a meat feast pizza, and didn't change the sauce to bbq either as requested or gave me the cheesy bites I paid for.
