I bought a clippers and trimmers from Sally about £700 after nine months I took to change with different clippers ( not returning ) as Sally told me that you can change with new clippers before 12 months since the day I bought, but unfortunately the staff who working for Sally Beauty in Nottingham 167 Western BuildingCastle BlvdNottinghamNG7 1FJEnglandWas not respectful and she said can?t do change. Even I have recipes.I?m recommending everyone please don?t go there .

The staff here are so lovely and helpful. Whenever I've needed advice on toning shades highlights or base / root colour specific brands for my individual requirements, they've been spot on. If they aren't sure about what to advise they say so, as opposed to pretending they do know which I much prefer. I also buy alot of beauty pro facial products from here, good range of opi nail health varnishes and nail files. I'm only sad they stopped doing products for mixed race / curly hair. Had a real problem on my hands. Rang the store followed by 2 visits. The lady in store (found out her name was Jo) was super helpful, couldn't have done enough. It's rarity these days to get such good customer service!

Training courses could be improved, very limited choice in course selection and training too rushed and compact for any beginner. Store Products are frequently discontinued so buyer then has to opt out and purchase elsewhere online. Customer service could be improved.

2 bad experiences with the staff here. First time I went to buy some wella products for bleaching, assistant didn?t seem over bothered that I was undecided between two products, she didn?t seem to have any knowledge of the products she was selling. I?m not a hair pro so needed someone who knew just a little bit more than me and I thought Sally?s might employ staff with so know-how.... I left with the wrong products, so you can imagine my fustration.2nd visit some 2 days later was worse, I went in looking for a toner, I asked the two blondes on the counter to point me in the direction of the Wella toners (sa I had a pic of the one I needed) so the 40?s pin up looking lady proceeds to show me, literally that?s all she did, she walked off, never did she ask me if I needed further help..As the one I wanted wasn?t there, I went back to the counter, I showed her the pic I?d got, she said ?we don?t sell that ere? oh I said, ok could you show me what you have that a similar product maybe? ?Sorry I have no clue when it comes to toner, sorry about that...I was gobsmacked. So two staff on two different days were clueless on hair products! And worst of all was their customer service!I hung around the toners for a while hoping a hairdresser would pop in so I could ask some advice, luckily a nice polish woman came in, she was a god send.PLEASE GET TRAINED STAFF TO SELL YOUR PRODUCTS! How many customers you?ve probably lost due to staff not having the foggiest!
