We took our unwanted jewellery to be valued and Adam offered us £1100, we wanted a second opinion so we went to Cash Converters on Carter Gate who gave us £1750, how can there be £650 difference, I would avoid like the plague!!!

Awful. Avoid. We were in here not long ago and the man behind the counter (presumably Adam) was very rude. He spent the whole time looking at someone else whilst he was replying to my question. Never even looked in my direction once. He also said that he doesn't repair necklace clasps as people complain to trading standards. The whole experience was awful and I would not recommend him to anyone.

I recently popped in about my ring as it was too big and needed resizing.He explained how it would be done and said to me it would take around a week. I took it on the Thursday and popped in on Wednesday and it was ready. It fits so much better.All jewellers in Newark send rings off to be resized and it takes at least 2 weeks. Adam Wallis does it himself in his store!!Wouldn?t take my jewellery anywhere else!
