Very small claustrophobic gym. Too hot. Poor ventilation, making for a poor work lot. No space downstairs for proper dumbbell use. Will not be going again.

Arena Health & Fitness is an independent fitness and weight training gym based in Newark-upon-Trent, Nottinghamshire.
With a well equipped gym spread across two floors, plus highly qualified staff, we are more than able to assist you to achieve your goals.
The gym is equipped with a wide variety of cardiovascular and resistance machines plus a large selection of free weights including; multiple bench presses, lifting platform, squat rack and DB's up to 50kg.
We also have a functional area that includes a prowler track, battle ropes, kettle-bells, farmer's walk handles and more, plus a training rig that has punch bags, TRX & more!
We pride ourselves on our friendly and welcoming environment, which caters for all ages and abilities.
