Dreadful store - no wonder high street shops are disappearing. Stood at pharmacy waiting for assistance. Totally ignored by staff nearby - gave up in the end and purchased in Asda (very helpful).This branch is one that Boots should be ashamed of.

Was totally humiliated by the pharmacist today over some simple confusion over the area for purchasing sleep help.I was treated like a small child, when I was simply trying to purchase sleep help for my depression.I have since felt totally worthless after her ridiculous reprimanding behaviour..It felt like she gained pleasure from it.I will never be able to visit the town again.

Tom on counter ignored me twice when i said hello. Then tried to charge me extra for a meal deal ! I did explain the orange juice was discounted, so i wanted the red bull with the meal deal other wise id be paying £1.05 extra ! Let him go home. Maybe the heat is getting to his head !!

Can't get rid of star. No stars are due as been twice during "opening" hours and always closed. Other Boots in Newark have no contact lens wetting solution. Abysmal service from the UK's supposed no.1 pharmacy.
