Terrible. Rude staff who do not know what they are doing. Tell you to wait, then when you ask if your prescription is ready, they don't recognise you and you have to start all over again. Totally incompetent.

Poor pre order prescription service. Never can find my order, confusing whether or not it has gone upstairs to the doctors to be processed, confusion over whether it has been collected or not and confusion over has the prescription been made up or where it is in the pharmacy. Last time after 20 minutes waiting and going upstairs it was found sitting in a tray waiting to be labeled.

Well this pharmacy just gets worse and worse partner goes in is told that she can't have her prescription as pharmacists are at lunch for 30mins so goes an does shopping at asda comes back an tell her that the pharmacists have only just gone to lunch so she is gonna have to wait another half a hour so she is pissed off an tells them this is stupid and moans about it as everyone would she has seizures and they know this and is also on alot of strong medication.so they stand there all talking about her an then one women says u will have to wait to be served until everyone has gone because of the way she spoke.. how about go for lunch at lunch time not 3 o'clock in the afternoon also have more than one pharmacist on maybe if u hadn't of said one thing then another happen to waste people's time then u would have happy customers it is a work place not gossip girls the customer should always be right not made to feel small In a shop full of people ð??ð??ð??ð?? an excellent customer service ð???

I went into the said pharmacy on the 22/01/2015 to buy a chair well I stood in the shop no one else in two ladies came in & I let them go in front of me as they was just handing some thing in.And the young men that took them from the two ladies and never came out again by this time I must have been in the shop a good half hour waiting.In the end I ask a lady if they wanted any custom all I got was we have no counter staff & we busy when she found out what I wanted she bent over backwards to help.And I paid for what I wanted & she said I should have with in 7 days so I have been waiting in since.Yesterday I rang up about it & I was told its should 7 to 10 days well the person I spoke to said she would ring me back when she had found more out about it to which she did after she had rang where ever its coming only to tell me they had no copy of the order so she rang them again then rang me back to say it should be with me some time today 31/01.2015. Its now getting towards 12.35 & still nothing.
