Staff happy to swap over info from old phone to our new phone. Chatted to me during the process. I was able to ask questions and had them answered quickly. The female staff member made the process look simple. The staff at the O2 shop are helpful and knowledgeable. A great experience. ?

This team is like a breath of fresh air! It's easy to think they look a bit lethargic on first impressions but they really know their stuff. When I was at school calculators didn't exist and I really, really struggle with technology but I pop in here regularly and am always met with a smile and a \\\"yes no problem, come and sit down\\\". Today I went in, having struggled to buy Genesis tickets and missed the best seats. I had gone onto the O2 Priority site and not once but twice I got to checkout and then lost it all. I was really frustrated and had no idea what I was doing wrong. Needless to say , I was made to feel welcome and not stupid and came out ten minutes later the proud owner of Genesis tickets. What a star! Thank you! Even though you don't know who Genesis are, you certainly know your stuff when it comes O2 and to my little Samsung which you carefully recommended to me and I love. You listened to my requirements for a phone and came up with the perfect solution. The sad thing is that I'm a Business Phone User so I couldn't even buy it from you after all your help. I so appreciate your help and I recommend a Genesis download, I'd do it myself if I knew how! ? Thank You!

Had a problem with my phone. Went to 02 and a young man told me to finish shopping and by the time I was back he would have it sorted. Sure enough, he was so kind he had everything sorted out for me. Best service in Newark

Very rude staff need alot more training even the manager was rude calling everyone I spoke to a lair she has no Idea herself so how is she ment to train other members of staff needs looking into

I have just been into the 02 Store in Newark on Trent. I asked a so called member of your staff for information. I wanted to cancel a phone insurance on one of my 5 contracts. I was told she can't help and ring 202. I then proceeded to ring 202 as instructed, as was told not to use hands free and to call from outside as the signal is rubbish !!. I stood by the doorway and was told to move further away, do I said to the lady how do I cancel my contracts she said they will deal with that as well and walked off !! If this is how you treat your customers no wonder the store is empty and the staff are sitting down doing nothing but chatting !! Down right Rude and Stinking Attitude ! Lady well built with bleach blonde hair, about as useful as a Condom with a hole in it !!

Had brought someone in for a new pay-as-you-go phone. The staff were pleasant and knowledgeable. They were able to transfer data from his old phone so we didn't have to muck about.
