We have just signed up for the too good to go app, as we love the idea of not wasting food.We've used it for a few places now but this evening was our first experience using the app here. I swiped too early to say we were here and the lady (dark hair) said she had to swipe our phone. (during covid I find this hard to believe). We weren't sure what to do so my partner went back again and she said "What do you want?" in the rudest most abrupt tone. She refused to give us our order. So we drove there for nothing and paid for an order she wouldn't let us have, even though we can evidence we have paid.I won't go back there using this app, and will now boycott it for fuel too. You don't speak to customers like that. Absolutely the worst customer service I've experienced to date and the same for my partner. Who is 43. So that says a lot about the level of hostility received this evening. Dreadful. Jobs are hard to come by in this day and age so I am amazed she even has one.

Fuel is at an average price.Plenty of space between the pumps.Prices for goods inside the shop are also decent unlike some other petrol stations.There's always only one cashier behind the till and you have to wait a while. It would be nice if the cashier at the tills would be a bit polite.Plenty of parking available if your just visiting the forecourt shop or the Subway inside..Inside the shop, I've seen it a few times now where cleaning equipment is on the shop floor but no cleaning going on, just an obstacle in the aisles.

I was very impressed by the excellent customer service and friendliness of "Daniel the sandwich artist" on my visit to the subway last week. He was very well mannered, happy and thoroughly entertaining whilst serving us.
