Branch has got significantly worse over the last couple of years. I am now on 13 days of waiting for a prescription they confirmed they had received at their hub 8 days ago.\\nWhen querying last week why it takes so long I was told that they never advise 7 days but 7-10 days which is news to me. Attended again today to ask for my prescription as I'd been promised on Friday that it would be ready today. I've now been told its not ready til tomorrow.\\nPiss poor service and an abysmal system that clearly doesn't work with customer service advisors that clearly would rather talk about their dinner while keeping customers waiting than do their job.

Would be 0 if I could! Worst pharmacy in nottingham. Never answer the phone, ever, and incapable of managing repeats, every month a different issue either not reordered, charged twice for 2 items as part of 1 prescription, take days to process.. Avoid!!!

Shocking! This use to be a lovely chemist with lovely staff. Now they are rude and never answer the phone. It's taken me two days to get through (13 times I've phoned!) to find out if my sons prescription is ready, a prescription that they messed up! As the original one was dispensed to someone else! so they can't even get that right! Its taken a further week and half to get another perscription sorted! Disgusting!

Super helpful staff. Hoda Sadrara the assistant is always super helpful and friendly. Will always try to resolve any issues or questions you might have. Prescriptions have always been delivered on time. Always a pleasant and pleasurable experience.

Posting review on behalf of my Mother. She uses this chemist regularly and would especially like to praise Hoda for her work. Hoda has grown in confidence and experience since she arrived. She is always polite and pleasant to deal with, recognises my mum now when she goes in, and always has a welcoming smile. Hoda is a real asset to the pharmacy in general.

Well what can I sayMy husband had booked his flu jab a week ago for Friday 23rd December 3.50 he had notification on his phone confirming the booking he is also high risk and over 60.Attend the appointment to be told they do not have any vaccines and he doesn't have an appt he proved the appointment and they reply was well we haven't got any and you need to book onlineThe pharmacy should ensure all appointments booked online have sufficient vaccines to accommodate the online bookings a formal complaint is going to be made regarding this pharmacy as the are not people friendly or care about the patient especially when they are high risk and vulnerable the lady was not even bothered about the booking on the mobile my husband was just an inconvenience

Worst Chemist ive ever been too or tried to use. Staff are ignorant, rude and they never answer the phone. Tried twice to have my covid booster jab there and twice they have cancelled. What a joke chemist, wont be using again.

This Pharmacy is a joke! They never answer the phone! Rang for 30mins this morning and then it was cut off, tried again and the same thing happened. Wanted to check my prescription was ready before my husband went to collect it. Dr. Sent prescription this morning at 11.30am and said it would be ready in an hour?..!! Some hope with this pharmacy! My husband went to collect said prescription at 3.00pm (we always try to avoid 12 till 2pm as this tends to be lunch time) guess what prescriptions there but can?t give it to my husband as Pharmacist is at lunch!!! Now I have to make another journey tomorrow?..This is not the first time this has happened. The staff in there (apart from Steve, the only Pharmacist that has anything about him) are unhelpful and also, at times rude!I used to be a Dispenser in a Pharmacy and the first thing I was taught was how to communicate & manage customers??I know in the 50 years since I worked in a Pharmacy things have changed?..but definitely not for the better?..we even had to mix & make medicines from scratch and at our busiest we could dispense 400 items in one day, and still found time to answer the phone on the third ring!!Technology was supposed to make things better??now it?s just an excuse when staff can?t be bothered!!!

Just been for my Covid jab in the most totally disgustingly dirty and messy consulting room I've ever seen. The pharmacy regulations on infection control and hygiene are completely being ignored as they jab away in a room filled with clutter, dust and dirt. The person doing my jab told me he had cleaned it that morning. I think my pictures show that this was clearly not the case. The room hadn't been cleaned in weeks if not longer. How on earth is the NHS allowing pharmacies to operate like this?
