“The Students Union is an eclectic place where you can get everything from coffee to travel advice. The top floor food court does great lunchtime food, with the Asian selection worth having at least once. If you are a visitor Portland Coffee is a good place to chill in the afternoon. If you are a University of Nottingham student it is well worth taking the time to explore and see what is on offer.”

“I was really impressed by the service I received from the beautiful young black lady (apologies I’m not sure what her name is). She had a real sense of humour, was incredibly polite and is a credit to your company. We couldn’t have asked for better service and overall very impressed with her ☺️”

“What an absolute legend the bloke that runs this place is. Not uncommon for him to be there 18 hours a day - not that his mood ever changed. Always happy , smiley and a great ambassador for the brand.\\n\\nFuel isn’t the cheapest - but good quality \\u0026 the shop is small but decent stock.\\n\\nWorth it just to see boss man!”

“The greatest asset for McColls store on Broxtowe Lane are the staff. They are all really friendly, helpful & efficient. The company should be really proud of them. A good range of products from newspapers through to groceries that are just what you need. Prices might be a tad high but this more than made up for by the people working there. Plus there is a Post Office which is a magnificent addition. Especially as the nearest bank has recently closed. Again, the PO is brilliantly run singlehandly. Providing a first class service. Queues may seem long at busy times but they move pretty quickly. During the hot summer months the staff suffer from terrible heat conditions because of the glaring sun & no air conditioning. Unsung heroes manning their stations even during the height of the pandemic.”

“Top marks for smart, friendly, efficient service and excellent cheerful banter! The shop is so tiny but somehow the (often very long) queue always manages to work out who is next. ”

“It's not as convenient as it was when it was across from the Victoria centre on Milton street! As that's where most Bus stops are, so to go all the way down to the bank is frustrating as the broadmarch is closed and I dont shop far when pushing a wheelchair as it's down hill.\\nso just to get cash out I use other atms at different Banks,”

“I've been shopping at Asda for a while now, and overall I'm very satisfied with the experience. The stores are always clean and well-organized, and the staff is generally friendly and helpful. I appreciate the wide variety of products available, and the prices are usually quite competitive. The online shopping service is also convenient and reliable. The only reason I'm not giving Asda 5 stars is that occasionally there are stock shortages or long lines at the checkout, but this is understandable given the current situation. Overall, I would definitely recommend Asda to others looking for a reliable and affordable supermarket.”

“Has an automated jet wash / soap / wax machine, but bring change for it, sometimes they don't have any. Or use the handwash guys right next door, they do a great job for 4-6 GBP”

“Recently tested their standard and V-Power diesel, is more than 4 times cleaner and dryer than the UK standard, came out at 16/14/08 per ISO4406 with 45ppm of water (limit being 18/16/13 at 200ppm). Fuel appears paler and more refined than supermarket brands.”
