Nick and Vic were the team who delivered my bed. They were polite, courteous and even hoovered where the old bed had been before installing the new one. 11/10 for service!

Paul and Ian were amazing. They were very friendly and it was a smooth quick delivery but handled with care at the same time. The lads even had a 45m distance down the driveway to the house to carry the heavy packages because of a low tree that the huge van could not go under. They didn?t complain about this at all and cracked on with a smile. They were great.

Worst customer service experience iv ever received. Avoid. Rude stuff.Brought a display bed, was told we had to come and dismantle it ourselves ( which was very odd). We were reassured tools would be provided and staff would help. We arrived and was given a screw driver with the handle falling off and 2 Allen keys but no help or guidance from staff. They watched as we loaded the car and struggled down the stairs. After finishing dismantling we asked for the additional items verbally promised in the agreement which they then refused to give as the previous manger had made a mistake on the paperwork. When I approached the store manager to discuss this, he raised his voice at me and very was patronising , I had to tell him to lower his voice.. My favourite comment was you wouldn't understand this.. After we told him we'd leave the bed behind then as we haven't received what was promised he then told us it's non refundable, which is not the case you have 7 days. We were told twice by two different staff members our items were non refundable which is incorrect and misleading. I also want to add how shocked I was at how he spoke to and treated one of his staff members as she was lovely and helpful. Very upset never again. training required...

Awful, manager was very rude and this is from someone that doesn't leave reviews. Manager saying "it's not my problem", "I don't care" when trying to resolve an issue. Bully to his staff and a liar or needs retraining. Saying we can't refund the bed when you have 7 days to do so. When I said I don't want the bed I'll leave it at the store and get a refund, he proceeded to tell me it's my property and I can't. After he was re-educated on his own company's policy and I hadn't signed the delivery paperwork(pointed out by a staff member who was lovely and I feel bad she had to listen to and work with the manager), he still said "no". He spoke aggressively and disrespectfully to my partner who was calm and polite as I was outside at the time. Saying "she wouldn't understand the contract". After speaking to competitors next door the difference in customer care is black and white, this highlights the very poor attitude at Benson's for beds. After your money and will lie to you to get it. NEVER GO THERE, pick another store, if you want Benson's but don't go there! Crooks.
