So awful. Felt so sorry for the gentleman who had been told his prescription was ready ? but wasn?t. No care, no consideration, absolutely no empathy. Made no attempt to help or find a solution. Worst customer service I?ve have ever encountered.

Despite explaining to staff multiple times that I'm a trans man, I keep getting flagrantly misgendered. Went to go an pick up my partners meds today and her behalf, and was misgendered yet again. Doesn't make me feel very safe to go and pick up medications. Disappointing to have such things happening in 2023. Also will not answer their phone. Not impressed at all.

Poor service, long waits and low stock. Staff were generally unhelpful and were very dismissive and reluctant to help.

Great service from a very busy pharmacy. The staff are fantastic. Went out of their way to assist me when I ran out of essential medicines due to losing items in a house move. A credit to private pharmacies.

Over zealous staff, who ask very intrusive and personal questions in front of other shoppers. Need to put clients at the forefront of what they are doing and be a little more polite. Avoid if you can.

In the spirit of seeking an improvement in customer service standards I wanted to feedback the very unhelpful service I received earlier today when I called to collect my prescriptions. It takes considerable time for the staff to come to the counter from the prescribing area, even when there are no others customers requiring service. There is no smile or welcoming introduction. Their service comes over as an absolute chore - rather than a pleasant customer experience

Very rude staff both to myself and my wife. I can understand during lockdown 2 people in the store at a time, but there is a way of not shouting at people to advise them. I'm not an uneducated person and to be frank, the woman looked like she has anxiety issues.
