I know they are short staffed but they have had my prescription for 4 days. Just rang to see if it's ready only to be told not open today Saturday. When it clearly says open until 5.30. ????????????

Went to get a prescription at 17.45 in a Tuesday but for some reason the place is shut. Your opening times specify you?re open up to 7pm. Can you clarify your opening times as this is clearly incorrect and should be stated via the website of any disruption to your service.

Ordered repeat prescription from GP & checked on line that it had been sent through to Boots. It had been sent to the pharmacy the previous day. Took a half hour journey to collect, only to be told 'yes we've got it but it won't be ready until this afternoon'. When I queried this, knowing they'd got it the previous day, I was met with a blank stare and just a repeat of what was said previously. In a word - pathetic!!

The male pharmacist can be extremely patronising, dismissive and even argumentative towards customers / patients. He makes you feel like you're a nuisance, speaks over and belittles your concerns in a way that, at times, seems chauvanistic, but admittedly could be how he treats everyone. All other staff are pleasant and helpful, and obviously supply and prescription issues can happen, but treating your patients basic respect to listen to them and not demean them should not too much to expect. I can easily envision that pharmacist's demeaour discouraging more vulnerable patients from seeking help, advice or even collecting medications here.

My family & i would like to thank boots at Clifton for looking after my father when he became unwell on saturday. An ambulance was called but was going to take a long time getting to him to hospital.One of the staff very kindly drove my mother & father to hospital . Male pharmacist is extremely patronising, belittling and passive aggressive. It didn?t even get progressively worse, from the onset when asking my name he was extremely rude and made me feel like I?m a nuisance.I went in for a consultation booked from 111. Firstly, he didn?t take me into the private room so I had my consultation infront of the queue.He looked at my issue and told me it isn?t bad, laughed at me, patronised me, I told him I?m in pain and what suggestions he has, I wasn?t even looking for antibiotics just a cream and a suggestion from a ?professional?Then after 5 minutes of belittling infront of the whole shop I told him this is useless and got up to leave and he replied ?if you don?t want help that?s fine?What does he think I?m there for? He clearly had no interest in his job or helping others, even recommending a cream to someone.

Horrible my mum prescription was ready and the website said the pharmacy closes in 5 minutes I was in front of the pharmacy and the stupid pharmacist said sorry we?re close horrible place I?m so disappointed, they sent my mum a text 10 minutes before closing and when I run to come and pick the prescription up they say they?re close

I booked a vaccination at this pharmacy but when I went, it wasn't possible to do it, which is totally fine, these things happen. However, the male pharmacist was sarcastic and condescending, and made me feel embarrassed and belittled in front of other customers and staff. I won't bother using this pharmacy again

I purchased some anti sickness over counter and once I realised it was the incorrect item for me and faulty. I tried to return the product no longer than 5 minutes after purchase and was told I can?t refund when I explained that the receipt doesn?t state this and that the product wasn't suitable for me I was told to not come back by a women called KatieI find it highly unprofessional to try and ban someone from chemist for trying to return a product that isn't suitable for them to take.
