Came in for emergency prescription as had run out and didn?t realise. Has now been 40 minutes and am still waiting. The woman on the till has been very rude and is currently dispensing medication for people who aren?t here, rather than dealing with the queue of at least 7 people that are stood waiting in front of her. If the pharmacy is going to be busy maybe have more staff? Or at least prioritise the people waiting in front of them. I will be going to Bingham pharmacy next time.

Shocking service , never helpful,They can walk past you and totally ignore your there !Haven?t got a clue what?s going on ,Then close the whole shop as there isn?t a pharmacist in ! Bad enough service daily then that on top !Never been any good !

Lazy, unhelpful ?customer assistants? (the irony). Can?t be bothered to help or look for products. They prefer to stand around chatting, point rather than use their legs and god forbid an item is ?in the back? - you?d think you were asking them to climb a mountain to look for it.

Service is very slow as they don?t have enough staff. I have also experienced poor advice from the pharmacy.I now go elsewhere, there are much better options

On 18th November 2021 I was in need of an emergency prescrption and advice for my elderly mother and directed to contact the Boots pharmacy at Bingham by the NHS 111 Service. The pharmacist I spoke with could not have been more helpful and considerate. I think her name was Meena or Jasmena. She seemed completely dedicated to customer service and took a great deal of time to help resolve my issues providing reassurance at a difficult and stressful time. From the hubbub in the background the store was clearly busy yet this pharmacist continued to devote time to my needs. I am most grateful to her. She is a credit to the profession and to Boots.

Staff are very knowledgeable, they remember repeat customers and are always willing to help. The pharmacy staff have all been amazing through this pandemic and made sure services have not been affected.

Awful store. Staff standing around talking loudly amongst themselves so customers have no choice but to listen to their inane conversations. Ordered a prescription yesterday, called back today, still not arrived. Told I could pop in yet again tomorrow on the off chance it may have arrived. Obviously they have never tried finding a parking space in Bingham. Customer service non existent. Took my prescription back and went to Morrison's who had it in stock. I have experienced problems every time I've set foot in Boots Bingham, shall boycott in future.

I love Boots but the Bingham branch is awful, there is such limited stock, not just because it's a small branch, the shelves are there for products but they never seem fully stocked, the perfume cabinet is practically empty, the make up stands (e.g. No 7, Rimmel etc. are never stocked up). The staff are always pleasant but it's obvious they are woefully under staffed. Queued for 10 minutes yesterday, the lady behind me remarked it was terrible, put her basket down and walked out!
