Gary at Nottingham is an absolute legend. I wish more companies and businesses adopted his approach to customer service. He genuinely goes above and beyond to help and I am always struck how friendly and positive he is whenever we call or drop by the depot.He was telling me yesterday about the way he dealt with a more challenging client and I couldn't believe the lengths he went to try and help when he would have been well in his rights to tell this awkward client to get stuffed.I'm sure they won't write him a glowing reference so I've decided to, it's the least I can do given all the help he's given me over the last few months I've dealt with him having swapped from another plant hire provider.Decent kit, always get you what you need and top class service. Keep up the good work.
