If you want quality outdoors stuff, this is the place to go.Salesman was excellent and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately their fleece range is low at the moment so I couldn't find what I was looking for.

As a first time outdoor wear customer I was blown away by the advice and service I got today. Feet were measured, boots recommended, fitted and tested on me. Went from being overwhelmed and clueless to kitted out and confident.

Giving 5 stars for finding Patagonia products. I tried to find more in Nottingham but it was the only place I found. Okay. To be honest one place well stocked would be great. But Cotswold is not well stocked. I could only check sizes of clothing they had. I came with shopping list but found nothing to buy. It's also a place where one can collect items of Patagonia ordered online but definitely first would like to see it and touch it before buying. Additionally must mention that part of shop called runners need was quite well stocked.

No Childrens Wear...I don't like negative reviews. But factually. Picked Cotswold over competition. Drove out of the way to get my daughter some waterproof clothing. Drove the backstreets and parked in Tesco cause of the football traffic, still optimistic given the reputation of the store. Had a good look around the store to see no children's clothing. My partner confirmed this with a staff member. On the way out passing 2 staff members I said "I'm disappointed you don't have any children's clothes" to which the reply was "What children's clothes?" With a cheeky grin. I was a bit confused he went straight to mockery. Seeing this he then went on to explain they had a child's range but they never sold any hence the removal with no apology. Non factually I was stereotyped hence the mockery and to not even have packaway waterproofs for kids states a lot for family visiting customers.

Said they would price match a Leatherman with Millers. Hubby had it on offer on his phone on the Millets website in front of the guy. He was quite unwilling to price match- calling additional companies to enquire their price. One was apparently Millets and the other Blacks. Again the chap refused to price match therefor loosing out.Hubby went outside rang Millets who have them in stock for the deal price.

I've visited the store a couple of times and while parking is limited I didn't have an issue. The store has a good selection of gear. The staff are friendly and helpful.
