I recently visited there for an E-Bike. A guy called Chas couldn't be more helpful. No matter what bike I asked to try or what questions I fired at him, he didn't eye-roll or sigh, but instead tended to my needs and it was nice to get that attitude in retail for a change!

Going through some renovations and change of store layout. Hopefully for the better. Last change wasn't great . Phoned ahead today for a specific product. Staff confirmed item was still available even website did not. Didn't offer to save item though. Staff throughout store were helpful and assisted during checkout.
