I ordered a sofa 6 months ago. It arrived late and broken. I had someone to come out and repair it. They said I would need to wait 6 weeks for the new part. I waited 6 weeks until today when an engineer rang me to say that he has been sent the wrong parts and I have to wait another 6 weeks again. I have had this sofa for 4 months and it hasn't even been used! Useless company I will never use DFS again and I am getting my £1600 back!

I actually ordered a coffee table less than 2 years ago for £500 but when I was watching tv its cracked I told them but they answered me it?s accidental damage or environmental damage on the other hand I don?t have any kid so I?m sure it wasn?t accidental damage in addition I was there when this happened because of poor materials but they don?t answer my emails any more

Pam at DFS Nottingham was fantastic! She was friendly, knowledgeable and polite. Pam took the time to comprehensively explain all aspects and addressed every query we had. Her guidance was invaluable in selecting the ideal products to suit our design and requirements. My rating is not 5 just due to the absence of a flexible return policy, especially concerning items like tables and beds that aren't on the display. I hope that I won't have issues with the customer service and delivery as well.

We ordered some sofas from here. Although they were lovely and of great quality, they took more than double the stated time to arrive; making a new excuse every time that we queried. Quite frankly, that is unacceptable.

Wouldn?t even give a 1 star! Avoid this place. Cheaply made sofas that cost a fortune. Sales people sell you a fake dream! Sofa creaks, ripped and lost shape after 3 months. Terrible service. I paid for the 5 year guarantee for them to refuse to fill the cushions and told me to go dunelm and get filler myself when I?ve paid for full cover. I?ve had 3 technicians come out and done nothing about the sofa, they say take it up with DFS, going round in circles. Absolute joke! Apparently they don?t refund after two weeks. Took my money and ran.

Excellent service as always.we replace our sofas every 4yrs and have always used dfs.the customer service is excellent,the sofas are top quality, the assistant that helped us buy our sofas today was Pamela and she was so professional and very very friendly thank you .

DO NOT ORDER FROM DFS (unless you want to wait over 22 weeks for your delivery)!!!I ordered my sofa on the 20th of March before I moved into my house. My original (approx) delivery date was the 21st of June. I was expecting this to change as they do state that this may change and is only approximate. I did not however expect it to change 4 times and still not have received my order as we are now at the end of august (over 22 weeks since I ordered my sofa and 10 weeks since the original estimated arrival time). I contacted DFS to see if they could give me an idea if I will receive my order any time soon or if it was going to change again and they said they have contacted the supplier and would get back to me when they had an answer? surprise surprise they have not got back to me and it has been over a week. We have had a terrible experience and it?s not even over yet. We are still sat on pillows on the lounge floor. If we were told it would be the end of August at the time of ordering, we would have put something in place to use in the meantime but we weren?t - the date just changes as soon as it gets to that week- not once have we had an explanation as to why - just expected to put up with it! Shocking customer service.

DO NOT BUY!!! 20 weeks and still no response or sofa from DFSWe ordered a suite on 17th April from the Nottingham Castle Marina Store. We have still not received it 20 weeks on and have no idea when it is coming despite 10+ calls and emails that have not been responded to or promised call backs not made. We have been into store twice and promises for call backs still broken from the store manager no less. I tried to cancel the order but cannot. This is the worst service I have ever received from a retailer.
