Extremely toxic atmosphere in this store due to staff. Didn't feel welcome upon entering and feel like they couldn't be bothered to help me. They seemed unhappy to have to speak to someone other than their colleagues.Was hoping to be treated with respect, kindness, and patience but was treated in the complete opposite way.Having worked in retail before, I treated them exactly how I'd want to be treated and was patient, kind and understanding when they talked to me. There was no need for them to treat me like they did.0/0 stars and reflects extremely poorly on brand image for sure!

Poor experience with this store. Call into store to discuss a repair on my iPhone 11 screen. I was told the cost would be around £100 and that I would need to book the repair online. Not a problem, I left happy at this point. I subsequently booked the phone in for repair using the online booking system. On the I was due to take the phone in I received a call from the store to discuss the repair. During this call I was told the repair would cost £200 (possibly more), not the £100 I was told when I called into store for advice. Poor service and information given, safe to say I didn?t use the service as I couldn?t trust the pricing.

Awful customer service. I?d booked an appointment to replace my iphone battery. Basically got ignored for 25 minutes. Ended up walking out.

Worst customer service I've ever received. It was so bad we cancelled our contracts with them after being customers for 9 years. I've never had such a horrendous experience with a company before. Each person tells you something different and even cancelling our contract took speaking to 8 different people until someone actually did it. It was an absolute nightmare. They also charge so much more than other companies. Sim only from here is £20 a month on a deal and gifgaf charges £8 for the same data we were getting. They also wouldn't speak to me for anything even though my phone is with them and my name is on the account and I have a contract with them they would only speak to my husband as "he was the main account holder" and they only allow one. Didn't know we were in the 1950s still.

Shocking customer service, booked a repair as they are an " offcial" Apple repair centre, met by a grumpy assistant, who before even asking what the problem was, started taking about the significant damage to the phone, which most likely will void the warranty( said damage was a small scratch on the case)Suprise,suprise, after taking it to the engineer, confirmed it was too damaged to repair...cue visit to Apple store on Friday, and it was repaired within an hour!!Avoid at all costs, I shall be making a formal complaint to both ee and Apple!!

Would not recommend, such a poor service. All happy when people are buying new phones but it your phone breaks they don?t want to know. My microphone and speaker were not working intermittently, repair centre said there is nothing wrong with the phone, so sat here with a faulty phone, it?s six weeks old, will be taking this further.

Staff was rude I had an appointment to get a repair done on my ipad pro which I have out with EE and have damage cover with them! To be told that they can not do anything because of a cracked screen which is the screen protector not the actual screen but evan if it was the screen which is was not what I wanted to be repaired but if i was am still covered under damage cover! as stated on the phone it was the charging port and battery needed to be replaced which with my cover I have out with them cover that!! Just been sent away with out checking it!!!

No acknowledgement at all when I entered the store. After 10 minutes I approached a staff member and was met with a hostile stare. Listened to my issue and ?couldn?t solve it? so sent me to Vodafone down the road, in which the service was much better. Very unwelcoming and poorly trained staff.

Very poor staff with no knowledge. If you need your phone repaired I would avoid at all costs as they do not repair phones and just want to try to push you to upgrade your phone even when it is in warranty
