Junior staff really need to be trained better so I as a customer wouldn't think they're just trying to trick me into some deal that they want me to take.Also it's good if the junior staff spend more time learning about the devices they are selling so they wouldn't act like "this is a good deal, trust me"

Having been disappointed with a different EE shop I begrudgingly went to this with the hope my experience would be better, as I was desperate for a new phone. I was served by a guy called Laquarn (apologies if I?ve messed the spelling up). I couldn?t have been happier with the service, he?s a credit to the company and I?d offer him a job in a heartbeat if he ever applied at my place. I arrived later in the day which meant I was still there after closing, but at no point did I feel rushed or an inconvenience, which I have prior to this. The Manager was also really helpful. Thanks a lot guys.

Extremely long time to wait to be served, as I was only collecting an item ordered online to collect in store, they could really have a small kiosk type thing for someone to keep an eye on for short visits/collections. Staff seemed generally ok, though very very casual in both appearance and attitude. Possibly aimed for but I don't think it's all that professional

Went in today with my boyfriend and had the nicest experience and best employee his name stephen he was so helpful and I felt he made me feel welcomed and he answered all of my questions all in all happy customer

Understandably, their assessments sometimes lead to repairs which take days because parts need ordering. I asked if following the assessment, they can order the parts and I can take the phone because I cannot be without it for work. They said that they had to keep the phone because it's 'policy'. It was a 'computer says no' situation. Pointless.

Been with ee for years got no problem with them just this store I've had two wasted journey I had a text saying no upfront cost for a phone but when tried to get a new phone they say I have got to pay upfront. When told the man I needed a paper bill for my accountant he then wanted to give me a business contract which I didn't ask for and still waiting for the phone call from them which has been nearly a week. Still got no new phone he didn't even show me any other phones.

Laquarn was an absolute godsend, super helpful and very laid back, his sense of humour was incredible. This is the best customer service I have ever received anywhere ever. He explained everything simply whilst having a lovely conversation with us. With the way he was with us makes me want to come back to EE just to have a chat with him. I AM ACTUALLY RATING EE AS A WHOLE, NOT THIS PARTICULAR STORE. This is absolutely without a shadow of doubt the WORSE company i have ever had the unfortunate experience of dealing with. The customer service is shocking but not because of each individual that you speak to but due to the fact that they have terrible products/services. Every single time I have called them i am on hold for ages and going insane listening to the same 3 songs over and over again on a loop before being transferred to several different people in different departments. Relieved to just get off the phone, you end the conversation thinking that all your issues are sorted and despite not being content with the resolution you accept, defeated and drained. Only to discover that actually nothing is resolved therefore you have to repeat the entire horrible process all over again.
