“Helpful, friendly and fantastic customer service. I pawned my laptop a few times when I was really in need of cash. The staff were very helpful and made the process very simple. The app is a fantastic way to keep on top of it all and speak to staff at the shop if needed. There are also some great items for sale in the shop, I once bought my lad a kids bike in great condition from there.”

“Looking for new hoover, so went to Currys to have a look. The store is extensively stocked with all manner of electrical goods, but easy enough to navigate around. We were looking at the new Dyson machines and fortunately a very knowledgeable store rep took us through the whole range, and demonstrated as he went. “I enjoy John Lewis for its great quality products and friendly, helpful service. The gentlemen who assisted me and my partner in choosing a bed mattress and frame was very friendly and informative. However, when trying to buy pillows, duvet and sheets, it was difficult to find staff. This wasn't by staff’s lack of trying, it was just very thin on the ground. As a side, the restaurant was poor. While staff were very friendly and items were nice, the state of the place was terrible. We had to clear our own tables to enjoy a drink, and this wasn’t the first time. Ignoring this, the department store service was good, but could be improved with adequate staff levels.”
