Took some FAULTY trainers back, only to be told by a rather pathetic manager that it?s wear and tear. Also massively watched and judged by the staff.A shame, would have more of my business, but not anymore.Appalling. Avoid.

Appalling first experience in the Nottingham store !! I went to return a Christmas present that wasn't right for me. Only to be told I could only get store credit back. There's nothing I wanted to buy in flannels or there partner stores. Surely as this is a Christmas present you would think they would allow returns with full refunds?? This was bought by my mother who is elderly and not fully understanding of this type of policy. Which now has trapped her money and my Christmas present in flannels credit. The staff didn't really seem to be bothered or caring of this situation, and when I asked to speak to a manger that was another waste of time. ! Be warned once you spend your money at Flannels you won't get it back ! Even Harrods or Selfridges don't have this policy so who do Flannels think they are ??To say I'm angry, frustrated and extremely disappointed is an understatement. For a store that prides itself on a high end shopping experience the customer service is hugely below par! Be wary when spending your money here !!!

Good store, Good staff, Went yesterday and had a look around, Store feels really posh aswell all the Designer brands had their own Section that made it better. Gucci, Off white, Balenciaga, Amari, Hugo Boss, Dolce & Gabbana, Palm Angels, Canada Goose, Just Really hopping the Store can put Moncler Coats and Gilets in Aswell.

My fault for not reading the reviews. What the hell Flannels, can?t your new store find any decent staff!!!! ??? We wanted to look at some jewellery in the glass cabinet, so i said a polite excuse me to the slim female staff member with wavy scraped back brown hair. She clearly has delusions of grandeur. Before coming over to us she literally stood gawking at us, with this holier than though look of disdain. Her ?condescending attitude? was shocking. No smile, or can i help you? Just a sour face, as though she was sucking on 10 lemons ?????????? washed down with a glass of vinegar ? Flannels head office, do yourselves a favour. Before your business goes down the pan, activate a mystery shopper now! Your new store is hardly buzzing with foot traffic. Seriously, I need to ask, how on earth did this NONE retail assistant slip through the short list at the interview? To top it off there was literally no customers in the shop! We clearly interrupted her ?busy doing absolutely nothing? shift.? Looks like a nice trip to Selfriges in Birmingham again to get my luxe goods from now on. ?

I shopped online from flannels, amazing service.In person, they don?t even scratch the surface for a multi brand luxury boutique.Bad service, no personality and a bit dated with the way the handled my transaction.To add insult to injury, the item I bought as a ?Gift? was thrown in the bag without the designated leather goods box and not even wrapping paper.You need to really upgrade your everything.Personally, I will stick to online transactions if any with Flannels.

I am speechless with my experience at the new flannels in Nottingham.The store looks big and beautiful but the staffs are 100% rude, I went there to buy a bag to my sister, then I took a picture to show my sister if she liked the bag, then this lady that was behind the desk yelled at me very loud ? Excuse me? WE DONT ALOW PICTURES IN HERE? I was very embarrassed, everyone looked at me. How can you treat the customers so badly at a luxury store?? It?s ok that we can?t take pictures but at least be polite and come to the costumer and say it. I left the store straight way, and I didn?t buy the bag, I will never come back. NEVER thx

Very rude staff, handed over a jacket to the kid worked at the stone island section because I couldn?t find the hanger and he rolled his eyes and said ?um okay then?. I don?t understand why work if you don?t even want to do something you are supposed to do. You don?t get paid standing around. You get paid for helping customers. Bad and negative work ethic

What?s the point in having a contact number for the stores (specifically Nottingham) when you do not answer?Please explain how we are supposedly meant to contact a store successfully when the phone is never answered and there is no other way of contacting. No email, no online chat. Absolutely nothing.It?s terrible. And it discourages me from buying anything from you. Sort it out.

Had to wait 10 minutes to be served, as the girl behind the counter was on her phone. The service was very poor, unhelpful and they didnt have the £695.00 shoes that we wanted to buy. Overall very pior and disapointing i woyld mot recomend this store to anybody

I?ve got a jumper for £500 I?ve got it wrong size I want to change the gave, a credit note that doesn?t even work if you going to buy anything know that you?re not getting your money back? Customer service is absolutely bad if you get something until you get your money back for your card do you not leave the shop?
