“The products they have here are amazing! We've been meaning to all in for ages and highly delighted we did! We were greated to the delight of 2 massive dining tables, Dutch oak ones! Now I need a table but only 4ft in length, otherwise I would've purchased one of them straight away!A fella greeted us and shown us around, asked what we were looking for, but unfortunately they didn't have anything to suite.It's a charity run place, some items refurbed by themselves and quality shows!Brill place , go have a look!”

“We had ordered Two Duresta sofas from Hopewells and knew there would be a long waiting time for delivery. Sadly, after several months waiting, one sofa was accidentally damaged during the delivery and we were very disappointed. However, the Team atHopewells have made every effort to rectify the issue, none more so than Mr.Alan Ball.Excellent service. We are happy to rate at 5 Star.”

“Lovely tea. The shop is lovely as are the staff. I like the tester teas.I have a question though, why are you allowing Amazon to charge £16-£18 instead of £10. For people who don’t have the luck to live in Nottingham it’s a shocking markup.My daughter paid £49.89 for three teas, and that included £6 discount because she bought three.It would have been £30 from your shop.”

“Today I couldn’t give less than 5 stars. My focus is on Michael he went beyond his duties for me. I had a pen and pencil set from my late mum for my 18th I used it all the way through collage and my employment. The pencil lead stopped working then the pen ink. I tried back in 2001 but! Wasn’t successful in getting them sorted. So I just saved them. Jump many years I went into Rymans I got the pen sorted I didn’t think I’d find a replacement ink for this type of pen then the following day I took the pencil in. Michael he sent a good 15mins sorting the pencil trying different leads sorting how it worked where to put the lead. He taught me something which I never knew. I got the pencil sorted and I can’t be happier. Michael was helpful friendly knowledgeable this is what you need from shop staff. Thank you for all your help.”

“This is a decent wickes in a convenient location.It has a reasonably large carpark that will fit a van and a large trailer, provided the shop isn't usually busy.The shop itself is well stocked and generally has what I need whenever I have been in for trade or DIY related items.Often, I have found wickes to be very competitively priced for sand and cement.”

“I enjoy John Lewis for its great quality products and friendly, helpful service. The gentlemen who assisted me and my partner in choosing a bed mattress and frame was very friendly and informative. However, when trying to buy pillows, duvet and sheets, it was difficult to find staff. This wasn't by staff’s lack of trying, it was just very thin on the ground. As a side, the restaurant was poor. While staff were very friendly and items were nice, the state of the place was terrible. We had to clear our own tables to enjoy a drink, and this wasn’t the first time. Ignoring this, the department store service was good, but could be improved with adequate staff levels.”

“Great customer service. I took back a DVD drive as it was faulty, and had a 2 year manufacturer warranty, and was 19 months old. I did not have the original receipt, only credit card statement. I expected them to tell me to contact the manufacturer, but they traced the purchase on the system from the purchase date, then just swapped it for a new one. Very happy!”
