It's not as convenient as it was when it was across from the Victoria centre on Milton street! As that's where most Bus stops are, so to go all the way down to the bank is frustrating as the broadmarch is closed and I dont shop far when pushing a wheelchair as it's down hill.\\nso just to get cash out I use other atms at different Banks,

it's 1pm. there are 8 people in a queue and only one cashier serving. the customer service girl is trying her best buy it would be better suited if she was behind the counter. I'm appalled at the service of this bank and when my current business here us finished shall take my banking elsewhere.the customer service in this bank is DISGUSTING AND the guy cashier is beyond rude. it's truly amazing in this day and age!!!

Poor service ,after ringing halifax regarding filling in some paperwork I was told I did not need an appointment just pop into a branch only to be told I cant do this paperwork without an appointment ! .
So i then ring up a closer branch to me to make an appointment only to be told I don't need an appointment I can just pop into the Branch to complete it ..not impressed
