Some of the staff are really unhelpful and rude. Another place gone down hill! Been a customer for 25 years!!! Might have to think about changing to another bank!!!

I asked the person at the counter if I can change the date of my appointment and she told me to sit in the lounge until the appointment person comes, I waited for an hour and the appointment person just kept telling me to wait my turn until I asked the woman at the counter again and she told me that they didn't have any appointments and I had to book an entirely new one again. So basically she made me waste an hour of my day for information she could've got in less than a minute. Very poor service I've changed my mind about opening a bank account here and I'll take my business elsewhere.

Came down to the branch too many times as they weren?t able to solve my problems on phone and even in branch. So inefficient and just love to deflect responsibility on their end. I urge everyone to go to Financial ombudsman after your ordeal

Absolutely disgusting experience. Sent costumers back and forth, no respect for the customers. Clearly untrained on what they need to do. Never want to go back again. Switching to another bank.

If I could put zero stars i may go for it. Such an awful experience from the staff there. No respect for the customers. Sending back and forth for several times just to open an account. Felt like slapping on my face. Will never go there. The staff need training how to talk to their customers. Disgusting

Highly disappointed. Such an awful experience. The staffs are not at all helpful. I went there to open a new account but they were literally insulated me there. Now I went there many times. Every time asking for something new. Felt like they don't want me to open an account there. Pathetic.
