Rubbish service! Been trying to apply for IKANO finance to purchase a sofa with IKEA for over 2 weeks now. Can?t even get past the first hurdle of entering my home address details! It automatically changes from what I?ve typed in to my neighbours address and doesn?t let me manually change it! Keep calling everyday & everyone is useless been waiting to hear back from someone via email not had a response all weekend. The sofa we are after has been out of stock for 6 months! Only just come back in stock with minimal stock and we are facing this issue which ultimately could end in the sofa going out of stock and us waiting 6 months again! Nobody seems to be able to rectify this issue. Very poor app design and service.

I paid my loan off with these in full they then called me and told me I was due a refund for the extra intrest I paid so I said no problem they paid it into my bank then the day after taken it back out so I contacted them they said they can?t understand what?s happend I have now been waiting 5 months for a refund and not only that I go into my credit file it says I owe them £78 which is the amount they was refunding they keep sending letters saying there is a late payment fee being added so after getting intouch with complaints team they have said there waiting for finance to get back to them and it could take 14 days to resolve so I have 4 miss payments on my credit file 4 months they have owed me money and now I get a rude memeber of staff (Sarah saying there is nothing they can do and it?s life !!! Are you joking me when I miss a payment you charge me but it?s fine for you to do it !!So now I?ve gone to a solicitor and they are dealing with all matters but please listen to me don?t get a loan or any kind of money from this company there shocking rude and not fit to be a business

Awful, cannot get hold of anyone, appreciate shut at 12.30 today. They obviously don't want my money.Will not have credit from DFS ever again if they deal with these people.

Haven't followed direct debit agreement by only attempting to take the payment once. When called to make payment the staff were very patronising and rude. I was told by them to take it up with my bank. My bank told me Ikano bank had acted against my agreement and needed to resolve. This £50 had caused me a missed payment on my credit file. Legally they will have to rectify but it's caused me a massive hassle. Terrible company. I recommend if buying IKEA goods on interest free just get a John Lewis credit card instead.intrest free for 6months and £40 voucher for John Lewis.

Have been on phone to them every month for last 7 months trying to set up direct debit for them to send out wrong letters 3x then now telling me i had to pay let payment fee for £0.02 that I owed them, never buying anything with them again I can?t not wait till it?s paid off.

I paid the amount I owed in full. Then a week later they transferred the money back into my account so it hit the date id have to pay interest. Plus they started taking monthly installment after that without my consent. Border line fraud.

Scammers..took out a loan NO interest if its paid before a date. Phoned before it was due and customers services refused to take the full amount. They took £1390 leaving £66. They stated the direct debit was set up and couldn't stop it. Even though it had plenty of time before it kicked in. Told no interest would be added. Lied charged us interest. Refused to take the full payment. Complaints department takes 8 weeks. Shambolic

Disgusting service nobody responds to emails or phone. Majority of service is automated so can't provide help. Tried to set up new direct debit only to be sent paperwork but no prepaid envelope to send back and then got no response and didn't set up new direct debit.If you want to talk to someone just use the option can't pay and you get through straight away even if you don't need that option. They answer when they want your money!

Hi , I had a very poor experience This is not very help full service about pass your 0% loan. When I was plan to go buy 0% finance stuff and spend £2000 and when I start to process my loan at the end it?s say I am eligible and continue but it?s keep come error at end!! After spending 1-1/2 hours with kids at stor for this procedure I was paid by my credit card. Ikia need to start at store all procedures not by app application.not happy.

Having a perfect credit score on Experian I was still refused Ikea finance. Probably for the best after reading all the 1 star reviews

Impossible to get hold of. I've rang and sent several emails as I have changed my number. I am unable to login to my account because you need your phone number. There is no option to get a code to your email and calls and emails to Ikano go ignored. I have had to cancel my direct debit at the bank as I have changed bank accounts and cannot change it via Ikano. Ridiculous. I have £1200 left of credit with them but will not be using this. I'll be closing my account as soon as I can get into it
