Going downhill fast. Used to be amazing but after my last wash the top £11 super duper wash, I shouldn't have bothered. Under chassis wash definitely wasn't done Inspite of paying for. Its ok for a quick blast but I'd not pay for anything more than a £3 wash to clean the dust off again.

Cheap and fast automatic car wash but the drying section isnt long enough and depending whos working the service can be a little lacking

been using this for years with no problem, however last week I used them and finished up with damage to the paint mainly on the bonnet . I'm not sure if it was the pre jetwash or the autowash i didnt notice it till the next day I havent been in to compain yet ill update when i do. oh and there is still dirt on the roof and back

Worst carwash service I have ever usedI choose a 7 pounds wallet and whole of my car was full of marks and even the mud marks were not properly washed.Total scam .... never gonna waste my money ever again on this rubbish place...Service: Car waxing

I just did a Full wash which cost £11, but to my surprise, a car I got less than two weeks was scratched from their machine. When I showed the man, he insulted me, denied it, and did not even apologise. This is my first time watching cars from them, but I regret it. They lack ways of approach and are non-professional; I will not advise anyone to go there because they are mannerless, with zero customer service. I have all the records of the man insulting me with his language cos my car records automatically.

Using the wash for 2-3 years, wash is automatic so you get what you pay for. Staff was always pleasant and that was the reason for coming back.Two weeks ago during the wash (usually pay £7-11 per wash, 2-3 times a month) water stopped half way. The car came out with lots of soap on it, I was busy to return, so thought I?ll let them know next time.Today, after speaking to a nice lady and paying for my wash, and informing her of issue, an unpleasant man came out and said ?you?ve had good service for years, and now after one bad wash how do you dare to complain?!!!As if we don?t pay for every service!!! EVERY TIME!!!And he rushed off. I presume a new owner or so. All I was expecting was a sorry about that, as the lady admitted due to how busy they were they switched to fast wash so you don?t get a great service, even if you pay for it.In the end they loose a faithful customer and get a bad review. And i loose my favourite car wash.Owner dude, you need to learn how to treat people that pay money for your service, and chill a bit!!! NEVER COMING BACKService: Auto detailing

Always washed my car by hand , paint work wash showroom condition, went to ARC car wash twice , covered my car in fine swirls and scratches , noticeable when sun shines on it , never go there again i could kick myself
