Don't know why I keep going back, been here about 5 times and never had an order correct, cold food and rude staff. Place needs new staff from management down.

Terrible experience missed 3 items off the order rang to ask them to redeliver missing items jaycee then put the phone down on me so I drove down to the shop to collect the rest of my order which was what they are apparently paying the just eat driver for and when I got there jaycee was happy to comply after obviously giving it bigun on the phone and putting the phone down didn't expect me to pull up at the sho did you ducky

Very disappointed with the ordered placed this evening. I've ordered 2 meals from KFC and a bottle of drink and the drink didn't arrive. The Uber driver said he did not get it from KFC. I've called the staff from KFC Bulwell and said they can't send another driver and I have to go myself to collect it. So unprofessional and disrespectful was this lady on the phone. So I've asked if I will do another order do they have a driver? She said, yes. So I've paid delivery for my order and they can not deliver. Never ever order from KFC Bulwell!!

Improved since three years ago, has had a refit and a change of staff, attitudes and service much improved. Food is still mediocre, but what do you expect. Check your orders though, still forgetting items, that's 1.99 I won't get back and I'm not travelling back down for that, lesson learned, but you ought to be able to trust people.

Been a couple of dozen times over the years. Never been great, but never been as bad as the reviews suggest either. I tend to use Mapperley as it is a lot better. On Saturday we were in Bulwell and fancied lunch so we used the drive through, Ordered two Trilogy Box Meals. They always come with dips when we have them from Mapperley. We weren't asked about our choice of dips when we ordered so we enquired at the window and were told they were already in the bag. Strange, but they wouldn't lie to us would they? Actually, as we found out when we parked up to eat them, the girl in the booth HAD lied to us. By that time we were a couple of miles away so we had just spent around £20 on two incomplete and unsatisfactory meals. Shame, because the rest of the meal was fine. Tried to use the contact form to tell KFC about it but it wouldn't let me submit a report without having something to upload. Good way for KFC to avoid having to do anything - hiding behind technology. Lying about the completeness of a meal is terrible customer service - it's deliberate and it's easily found out. Avoiding discussing it by adding obstructions to the process is also poor. To be honest, I'm beginning to think they don't really care about customer service.
