Had the best time here. Didn't want to leave. Cats are all so well looked after and considering the amount of cats in there they keep it so

£7 entry fee per adult. £5 per child. I'm conflicked. They help cats, but it is expensive. £12 each for a toastie. It's a bad sandwich. It's really expensive, nearly £50 for an hr, 1 adult 1 child.Parking: No parking near bye.Kid-friendliness: Lot's of kids go.

good deserts and cafe. Service was average compared to the amount of waiters.the place is very fun, lots of toys for the cat and they look well treated, which is what matters in the end. They should give "classes" on how to approach the cats for the kids, so they learn how to befriend them more instead of scarying themstill a nice and fun place to go though.

Really enjoyed our visit, the cats seemed content and we were impressed with the food, service and caretaking of the kitties.

So my son went to the kitty cafe Saturday and we paid £60 for the party package which included a birthday cake which is sold separately at £35.We received a £10 shop-bought flake cake that looked like someone had scraped all the toppings off with a knife. I asked for a box to take the rest home in which I was told they would have to ask the manager. Followed by alot of whispering the lady actually gave me the flake cake box saying "this is one it came out of"Shocking. This is an absolute rip off if I wanted a shop brought cake I could of brought my own.The first picture is the advertised cake.On the day I was told to email their admin team in which she will inform them to expect an email from me. No reply as of yet and no resolution. So I have decided to take further action.

it is so bad that i cannot choose seats at all although i booked a week ago.... they let us to stay near the entrance so couldn't see cats well. When i asked for change the seats they refused.... but i saw that u guys changed other western people's seat based on their preference.... (i hope it is not a racism) cats r so cute and lovely but felt uncomfortable because of the staff. And it is unfair to pay same entrance money but some people are allocated inside where lots of cats are and some people need to stay in front of the entrance.

Took my mum here for her birthday. The atmosphere and staff members were all great. Its clear they take good care of their cats here. They all are full of energy and very healthy and sociable. The food is good. Im a picky eater and there was even something for me to eat!Overall a great place for a quick meal with great service from the staff members and the cats too!

A lovely place to go extremely friendly staff and adorable cats. Just a warning there is a £7 welfare charge to enter the cafe. But it was worth it 100%. Food is good but a bit on the pricier side for what it was hence the 3

Hygiene levels don't feel right - cats walk on all surfaces (tables included), and there's a smell of cat urine in the dining areas. Cats have visible dirt on the fur, which doesn't add confidence regarding the hygiene. I felt slightly disgusted with my experience here and will not come back. Food is defrosted, so no bonus points there. Service is absolutely okay.Just as a side note, there's a 7 pound entrance fee per person.

Great atmosphere for cat lovers, best time to visit is mid week around 1-2pm as you get to see the cats fed and you can give them treats!

I don't think it's a good environment for animals, it's just being used for trade, it looks innocent but it's not a good environment. Ridiculous fees like £7 per person are charged at the entrance, for an ordinary cafe.
