When I came over did the free tyre check, your staff said i need to replace both my front tyres and he gave me the quotes is £20X for both front tyres included fitted and balance the tyres. Then I confirmed to go for it. Although I agreed to pay about £65 for GEOALIGN adjustment, the invoice total amount is £346.53, its far away from £20X.As we have 2 peoples came to your service site, we both heard the same prices, therefore it was impossible that both of us heard it wrong with the same amount, but what can i do at that moment? your staff already fitted and asked me to pay in front of few customers, therefore I haven?t argue with him. Only thought i should not choose Kwik Fit, totally be fooled and super disappointed.

As a motability driver, I need my car, I had a puncture which was plugged by the RAC, who gave me the location and time this branch opened as it would be my closest branch. I was there by 9:45 for a 10am opening time, was told it would probably be 11am before they could get to my car, so decided to wait, was very pleased and surprised to have my tyre fixed and sensor reset by 10:30, very nice and helpful staff. Highly recommend this branch, but remember they can only fit the tyres they have, and each fitter can only do 1 car at a time ??????

Had a nail in tyre that was easily sorted & I asked if they could check my tyre pressures and I could tell that was done and the drive after wheel alignment was great could feel the difference,I asked if they could do a wheel alignment if not to busy and sorted it right after doing my flat tyre very helpful and quick friendly too.

Had a flat tyre on a Sunday morning when looking to find somewhere that was openMade to it these guys JUST.Waited about an hour and a half but didn't care they got me in tyre fitted and supplied.Got me out the s*!@ big timeService was spot on. Only thing I would say .Sorry for the guy who was answering the phone dealing with customer enquiries and trying to fit tyres all the same timeDeffo needed a beer after a that dayBut thanks for getting me out the mess BIG time10%10

I booked in for a vehicle safety check and my engine malfunction light is still coming on and so It doesn't feel safe. Other than than the service was good very friendly and the other problems were fixed. I'm happy an grateful for the work that was done it just hasn't solved my problem as something clearly still isn't right.

I had booked online, but this apparently didn?t process correctly so I then had to call customer service to have this refunded and pay again for my tyre. My booking slot was then not acknowledged so I was waiting for almost an hour and a half past my slot for the tyre to be fitted. I was also charged £87.50 for the tyre which was £84 online, I?m unsure why.

Was yet to find if tyre was ok or not.On the drive into work this morning the tyre pressure sensor came on stating there was a loss of pressure in the new tyre which was very worrying. I checked the pressure upon arriving at work and found there was too much pressure in it. I've repressurised it but the sensor is still on which is now on my mind and worrying me for my journey home.

Asked them if they would do a tyre rotation on my focus estate 2021(put rears on front and vice-versa) and was told it could not be done because they are programmed to each corner but when i rang ford and asked them,they told me that kwikfit are wrong and that you just change them round and the system updates itself automatically after a couple of miles driving,now this place is either VERY UN,-KNOWLEDGEABLE or they just could not be bothered to do it,either way,,IT IS JUST,VERY BAD PRACTICE.

I called in without appointment for a new tyre. I'm an older lady with an old banger and it is my only means of getting out. All the staff was busy but I was told it could be done for me in a short while. I was advised it would be done next. I carnt thank them enough for making me feel like a valued customer.

Needed new exhaust and my car was getting quite noisy. Parts were ordered in one day and fitted the next. I was shown the damage. Drove away with a quiet car.

After visiting the Bulwell branch with a puncture I Received really good service, they kept the car safe overnight and a new tyre was fitted the following morning, great service!

Terrible customer service, management tried to tell me he was too busy to check the tread on my tyres, although there was a lad watching another in the work shop whilst sitting on a tyre, unbelievable

I booked in for a tyre check and was seen on time. The necessary tyres ordered for the next day. Again was seen on time and fitted straight away. Quick, efficient service. Reasonable price. No complaints.
