I visited visited on the 10th after the shop and various other Ladbroke shops were not open. The two women were very good really good customer service skills. The following day a regular worker was on duty, who made no attempt to engage customers. He didn't seem to want to be there. But the worse was on the 12th a tall man with a beard was dreadful no customer skills what so ever.
