Fuming don't answer the phones I gad Mt card stolen and my card used via contact less now trying to access cash without a card for basic living needs the service is poor I'm so upset and angry I shall be transferring banks after this. Turn the phones off all day kmt

There is a friendly set of people here who are ready to assist and advise. It can get busy but there are seats if you need a rest.
