Wow, we?ve gone back to the 1970?s?closed for lunch.\\n\\nI went to pick up an urgent prescription and got there at 1.10pm only to find out they now close for lunch for an hour from 1-2pm!! Two other customers arrived roughly the same time, also needing prescriptions. We could see the staff chatting in the shop.\\n\\nI went back 50 minutes later at 2pm and there were at least 4 staff working so no reason they couldn?t stay open and stagger their breaks.\\n\\nAlso, to make matters worse, we phoned about 12.50pm to see if they?d received the prescription and they didn?t mention they were closing for lunch when we said we were on the way to collect it. So annoying and such a waste of time ?

Same problem with me Jordan Brookes. Their waiting times are so longer even though they says I?m in no.1 queue. After waiting for so long call disconnected by itself which is quite annoying and waiting times so longer.

Been using this pharmacy for a long time and was okay however they are now almost unreachable by phone and constantly cut the line off after being on hold for long time.

Staff are very helpful and yes now having to wait longer for prescriptions more recently but I understand the pressures. However, my husband has gone to collect my meds after work today, i checked opening times and it says open until 9.45pm on a Sunday...it was 6pm when he arrived and they were locking up!!

Been using this pharmacy for a couple of years and initially provided excellent service but it has recently gone downhill.Impossible to contact by phone.....I phoned 9 times 2 days ago and 7 times today being told by the answering service that it was my turn to be answered and then cut off every single time. I have now completely run out of 2 medications from my repeat script and have no idea when it will be delivered.!!!

Really disappointing service. Ordered repeats, only one turns up. Told "Oh there's probably a reason". Then told "you've ordered too early", I had to get the repeat slip and show them it wasn't. The prescription was ordered and in time to go on holiday. Now there's a prescription missing the day before the flight. Was told they'd be willing to 5... But no more. I know why because the out of hours service will pay them for 5 and no more. But they won't take responsibility for their own error and laziness to give a supply that would even last the duration of a holiday.Not to mention how lazy and rude the staff were. One refused to make eye contact and just sat on a chair making excuses. It was so infuriating. Would not go back, advise others to stay away. Local asda or peak pharmacy give a much better service.

I?ve used this pharmacy for a few years and initially it was very good, it has gone downhill dramatically. Prescriptions often not ready days after ordering, long waits in store whilst they make up prescription that was requested days ago, can?t find medication, it?s endless. There are no staff and I?m not blaming those who work there but those who are accountable for the service.

All week open pharmacy. There is parking place at the premises and these is ramp for access to reach.
