After going in the Allenton branch where they were totally horrible and unhelpful.Considering I had gone in to sort my dads account who had just passed away .At the Nottingham branch it was a totally different experience very pleasant and helpful in trying to help me figure out what I needed to do etc.10/10

I wasn't sure how to carry out the banking operation I needed to do. The friendly staff were pleased to help, and I was in and out in five minutes, mission accomplished.

I use Natwest to pay in my cheque. Greeting staff is nice and the young girl explained to me how to use the ATM machine very clear and friendly.

Horrible bank. Went in to open a bank to honour my father who died to Christmas day. I wasn't offered any condolences when I told them this. I opened an account online and was offered an overdraft of £500. The account was rejected after based on my ID not being accepted online. But there was still an hard search on my name. No account and no facility but a hard search was run on my name that I was eligible for. Stay away from this bank and staff. They are liars.

Dreadful service. Dirty and grubby branch. I struggled with the teller - who served me - to make myself understood, I can only take from my experience that English was not the teller's first language. I have been a Nat West account holder for almost 30 years and feel that staff need to be better, a real shame and disappointment. This is not the only bad experience from this branch, but it was the worst so far and prompted my comment and review. 1/5 - Awful

Most the banks are understaffed nowadays, What I liked about this bank /branch (Compared to Santander who were just like, Long wait, we cannot tell you how long, sit with the throngs of other people who are waiting and wait your turn) Natwest took my mobile phone number so I could go back out into town do my jobs, they text me when my time was coming up, I went back and got my issues sorted, staff were friendly and helpful.

I stayed on phone line for 20mins, someone picked up, asked me if I had any questions. I was telling them my questions and they hung up on me after 10 secs. Rude.

the rudest and most horrible staff you could ever meet non helpful always hoping to argue and upset pple been coming in since febuary for help every time they turn me away even doe i got invisible disabilities , walked out in tears of anger because they enjoy hurting pple here and judge and talk very basd of u outside finanlly u ask why and they refuse to talk will be changing banks because of the nottingham branch are abusive and horrible to disabled pple because they judge ansd attack br help
