I ordered a food Delivery throughJust eat for £30 the food never got Delivered But they STOLE £30 out of my account for the FOOD that never CAME.. Just Eat refused to cough back up my £30 ... Liasing betweenJust eat who don't answer phonesEmail only. NatWest who don't answer calls Niether but push you towardsLive chat which also takes hours toGet anywhere .. Alternative I got in my vehicles and drove to my W. Bridgeford Branch and after a 50 minutes wait Got the £30 Back into my account ...That's why my branch of NatWestIs Tops for me , & yes they are worthyOf great Feedback results ....100% W. Bridgeford NatWest Tops Nice one? ?????

Hi! How other companies know about my account? NatWest is actually selling your account details to others which is sham for NatWest making this kind fraud. I paid may bill over the phone and I said ( I donâ??t have enough money in my account) and the guy said I can see your account and told me the exactly money I have In my account. Iâ??m leaving NatWest for this kind fraud.

Friendly staff. Nearly always a big queue for the podium tills. The cash counting machine is often full and out of order when I've been. Was asked twice for id when asking for ministatement. Had just paid cash and cheques into my account. Had paid a bill also. I enquired once about ID required for sorting my mum's standing order. Hadn't got a passport at that moment in time or a photo driving licence. A benefits letter or a bus pass were suggested. I must have looked old and unemployed. Can't say I enjoy my visits.

Not directed at staff at West Bridgford who are superb but their whole system. Bob Cratchett sitting on his high stool with a candle for illumination could clear cheques more quickly than Natwest and their high speed computerised system. A system that can incidentally arrest money from my account in seconds in the event of an unauthorised overdraft for a nano second but ALWAYS takes at least seven days (or nine if a weekend is involved) to clear a cheque. A bloody disgrace.

Not inpressed with 'customer' service call centre. Was left stranded abroad without money and card cancelled because they decided I failed their security checks. Not happy at all.
