Very busy store but sadly understaffed and this is obvious when watching the staff on duty trying to serve, clean, prepare drinks and food and you can see the stress on their faces. This is not the first time visiting this store and what surprises me is the fast staff turnover here. No wonder if their working environment is stressful and management seem more bothered about targets than staff welfare!

4.30 and time to clean...banging chairs, tables to swwep and mop and spraying cleaner near me. Miserable server and rest of staff the same. Be better if a section was closed to clean as it'll have to be done again when closed. Coffee was good!

I like visiting Next at Giltbrook. It's a large store with plenty of parking and a variety of other shops and restaurants on site.\\n\\nThe staff are always efficient, the store is tidy and there's always a great range of items.\\n\\nThis is always my preferred Next store to visit.

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience today. Even 1 star seems to be too much but I can't review with no stars. I saw a baby jacket a couple of days ago priced £22 - normal price by the look of it. Today I decided to treat my boy to it and on the till a was told it was a sale item and the sale is finished and they can't sell it to me, even after the lady checked with the manager. On the shelf there were quite a few jackets and all of them accidentally have been left there. Very, very disappointed, I don't think I'll be coming back here anytime here soon.

Nice sized store comprising of womens, mens and kid?s clothing, along with a decent home wear section, and a (usually) busy Costa. The store is generally clean and well kept, and the staff are friendly and professional. There are customers toilets upstairs, but I usually find whoever maintains them can?t be bothered to place the loo roll into the dispensers, and just stand it on the sanitary waste bin, which I don?t find at all acceptable - ?

Celebrating a family birthday. Had a lovely Sunday roast dinner. Friendly and attentive staff made our stay even more enjoyable. Nice decor and a relaxed vibe. We'll be back.

Costa within Next is a good coffee stop for a cappuccino whilst shopping at the Giltbrook Retail Park. The service is good even though the table numbers have been reduced because of Coronavirus. Always enjoy a Costa and this venue is no exception.

Went to the home store today ,only one member of staff serving,and three members of staff in the corner having a meeting ,the lady who served me was very good and was the only reason I didn't walk out also half of the glass shades weren't available to view .I don't normally shop at next and don't think I will be a regular .

Went last night and couldn't find an assistant to help. So went back today and was surprised to see that there were still no staff! I expected better of Next, eventually found one exhausted assistant who was running around trying to do everything! I expected far better of Next. Left without spending a penny as no one to help. Very disappointing Next.
