O2 is horrendous. I get better signal in Europe than in the UK. I cant get signal anywhere. Outdoors, indoors, in the city, out in rural areas, all terrible signal. Data doesn?t work on the train at all when EE does. Cannot get signal, data in London, have to wait 15 mins while it reconnects and finds a signal tower. Overpriced heap of garbage O2 is. Can i get my money back pls

Just had an excellent in store customer experience with Shenade. She sorted my issues out for me as efficiently and kindly as possible. Talking for me to customer services on the phone after I?ve been on the phone to them for almost 3 months trying to sort out fraudulent activity on my account. Can?t thank her enough for sorting this stressful issue out for me

Stood in store for over 20 mins. Not 1 member of staff acknowledged us. We were not the only ones waiting and the staff were all with customers, but.. there was a member of staff just walking around on the phone. Obviously on hold, he could have acknowledged us.Not happy. We have been customers with O2 for lots of years and were looking to take another phone. Think we will be going to Tesco.

Can't rate the Assistant manager highly enough.He sat with me while my old phone transferred to my new phone.He was patient and understanding and made conversations with me the whole time. 5 stars from me for customer service .

Be careful when you upgrade because the value of your iPhone when you are told a price for your old mobile can go down in price when quoted a price they do not have the latest iPhone 14 pro max have to order they do not contact you back customer service paying a lot for my phone as well most disappointed take my money quicker and if I don?t keep my contract up very poor service not happy at all as you can see no reply from beginning of year is my money not worthy I ask my self thank you very much follow up from yesterday I was frustrated with staff as I wanted some advice with my phone I was not sorted with what questions you needed he turned his. Back to me started serving someone else than someone booked me in for an hours wait than I walked off said was not good enough service Said i want to cancel contract another staff said if do not pay will have bailiffs after me they were taking advantage so I will advoid I must say polite friendly staff very helpful a customer could see this and was upset for me she waved goodbye to me .Ps I am a long standing customer with 02?as well really badAll my family members are with you as well so cut your nose to spite .

Staff didn't seem bothered to help, soon as they knew there was no sale involved, just passed me onto the phone to someone else. Not sure if all their stores are like this, but definitely avoid this one.

I have been an O2 customer for about 20 years. We have 4 phones with them.Desperately needed a new phone for my son.Was in a rush and it looked like I would have to wait an hour as shop was really busy.Man in shop was amazing and I just bought a new phone no contest as we have Sim only contractI think he jumped me up the list and I was all sorted in less than 10 minsAmazing service!Thank you

RUDEST staff ever. i witnessed a male worker mistreating an elderly lady seeking help. i don't understand.. like, if you hate your job so much and can't be nice, why not just quit? there's no need to take it out on people. especially when they haven?t done anything to you. i?m so upset that i had to see that

Went in for switching from physical sim to esim. Staff are knowledgeable and were extremely helpful especially Aksel and the guy who helped keep my phone at back while I ran some errands (my apologies I didn?t catch his name). Thank you for your help today

Customer service is very bad. People working there doesn?t even know how to greet customers and treat them. No one is ready to speak as everyone were rushing to close the shop even before an hour of the closing time. Really disappointed

During my visit to the O2 mobile shop in Nottingham, it is apparent that I may have encountered prejudicial treatment from the staff, notably in contrast to their interactions with white customers. Made an enquiry by phone first thing in the morning to make sure I could get my sim swapped., later in the morning I visited the shop had a 10minute wait then within 5 minutes all problems solved new sim activated and all?s well. First class service and friendly helpful staff.
