This branch sends a message saying pizza ready to collect and it wasn't, garlic bread sat on top of oven. They then tell me there was issue with oven and it will take another 10mins, so I asked if they can make garlic bread fresh otherwise it will be cold. One of the guy agreed to put cheese on the garlic bread that they were making. After 10mins went to collect the pizza and I asked if they had added cheese, he said no but told me it was fresh. Not only did he go back on his word but he also lied about fresh garlic bread. The pizza was burnt and had to throw half of it away, pathetic service. Avoid at all costs as the place is run by cowboys and kitchen looks filthy too.P.s. it was the skinny little guy with bad hair that showed attitude and needs to learn about customer service as well how to cut pizza

WORST PIZZA HUT IN NOTTINGHAMI order Pizza Hut a lot I ordered half and half one side margarita, and one side chicken, sweetcorn and mushroom when I got home the pizza had a hair init and on the margarita side had chicken underneath the cheese I rang up to be told I should of checked before I lefted the manager is sooo rude no manners out of order he was arrogant and disrespectful I will never order from these again.

Ordered a pizza for collection got home the pizza was soggy baggy wet too much cheese A slice weighed a ton a hair in a slice call the store to be answered by arrogant little boy Who was very rude very disrespectful putting me on hold and putting the phone down I would advise nobody to eat from here whilst under that management .

Ordered food through uber. Got the wrong order. Contacted uber to get no response. Paid £63.72 for a small pizza and a tub of ice cream. Should have been 2x large pizzas with stuffed crust 2 dips and a side. Contacted the restaurant directly to complain after getting no response through Uber. After 15 minutes someone finally answered. They said it was an uber issue despite them sending out the wrong order. After making my complaint, the gentleman (I use this term lightly) on the phone threatened to have me banned from uber eats and all participating restaurants personally for having the audacity to complain..

Whilst the staff aren?t the friendliest the pizza is as delicious when I picked the food order up. I also ordered online with JustEat and it was not very nice. They do a good collect lunch time deal.

Missing item on delivery spoke to a male who suggested I talk to uber. Called uber driver who didn't have missing order. Called 2nd time spoke to Jamie who couldn't care less. And claimed order is no longer sold yet they just sold it to me. Disgusting customer service. 1star is 1 star too many

This is a let down and a disappointment The service is slow, awful food and very poor customer service. Complained about very poor quality food and refused a refund. Save your money go else where.

After orderin my exceptional pizza 4 delivery,and paying by card,the chance to claim £15 back off my order came up.as im very curious,i had a look at this but when asked 4bank details,started to put them in,then declined.after this i recieved text messages proporting to be from my bank and to message my details.just a warning as theres a scam going off on pizza hut website.iv seen it numerous times over the past year.be very carefull.

Really disappointed ordered pizza as a Mother?s Day treat which was a pan pizza when I came to collect the pizza was classic with Italian seasoning when I asked them to change it they said they had no pan pizza left and when I asked for a refund they said they couldn?t do that which I don?t understand why and then in the middle of me talking they just walked of into the kitchen after waiting the woman came back and said they can fix it for me , after waiting another 30 min with my hungry kids in the car I go back to collect it and I guy comes out with the pizza and says it?s a pan and when I opened it infront of him it was the same pizza I got given in the first place and he stood there and carried on lying to me that it?s a pan , also the bbq chicken bites I got where dry and hard no taste of bbq , really disappointed and the staff were rude and unprofessional , I will not be returning to that one again and wouldn?t even give one start
