Very genuine staff, who are friendly and helpful, particularly in the Post Office. Their opening hours are fantastic, which helps in dropping off parcels and working full time - highly recommend using these guys!

Why do we need post offices if the rain falls hard? A storm penetrates the town. A bad experience. In my opinion. Of course Michael Budd, my close pal, was not impressed. I tried to calm him. Hard to do. Especially soaked. Best, Derek

I have been using the post office for many years ..yesterday i arrived at 3.45 pm with 3 parcels to post...there was one woman in front of me and another being served.Maneesh said to me I am not serving any more customers and asked me to leave!I said its not 4pm yet(saturday closing hours)He said I'm not serving you you can wait if you want!!!!He then said I'm not being rude!!!!I know when people make declarations like this it means they are rude!!!I was appalled by his treatment of a regular customer but I have always found him off hand and unfriendly whereas the other gentleman who works there is really friendly, smiley and kind.I saw the Royal mail collection man outside who explained I shouldn't have been treated in such a disrespectful manner!!Also it's really difficult times with Covid !I have made a complaint to Royal MailI will never go back as the level of arrogance and disrespect was unbelievable!

I've never know owners so full of contempt towards their customers. So slow, understaffed, and never say, to cap it off,...thank you. Ive had to line up for upto 30 minutes with the staff member taking what seems like 5 minutes to issue a stamp. At one point just getting up between serving customers and disappearing for 5 minutes. Total joke.

The worse customer service at this post office, they are too lazy to scan and print recipients for orders paid online, you are a part of royal mail and post office services you do what you are told not what you think is right, horrible!!!
